Permanent Staff
The engagement of an applicant resulting from our introduction will be deemed an acceptance of our terms and an agreement to pay our fee.

The fee payable by the Client to "Personnel Appointments" is for the introduction of an applicant. The word “introduction” means the presentation of an applicant by "Personnel Appointments" to the Client for engagement whether or not the Client knows the applicant personally.

Introductions are confidential. To pass them on to any other person, firm or corporation resulting in an engagement renders the Client liable to pay our fee as though the client himself has engaged the applicant.

The fee is presented to the Client immediately the applicant is engaged.

The Client is bound by these Terms & Conditions to inform "Personnel Appointments" of the value of the gross annual salary agreed with the candidate.

Should employment be terminated within twelve weeks of engagement and provided the client informs "Personnel Appointments" within seven days notice of such termination, "Personnel Appointments" will undertake to find a replacement within one month, but failing this, a percentage refund will be agreed and credited to the Client’s account.

Fees for permanent placements are due within seven days of commencement of employment.

Temporary Staff
Fees are calculated to the nearest quarter hour.

Temporary staff are paid weekly and invoices are raised weekly: they are payable in seven days.

The engagement by the Client of a temporary staff member on a permanent or temporary basis during or within six months of a temporary engagement renders the client liable to inform "Personnel Appointments" and to pay "Personnel Appointments'" fee for the placement.

Should a temporary employee prove unsuitable for an assignment, we would request that you notify us within 3 hours of commencement.

Contract Staff
"Personnel Appointments" will provide specialist staff for specific contracts.

The conversion of such staff to permanent employment is subject to the conditions described above for temporary staff.

"PERSONNEL APPOINTMENTS" ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR DELAY HOWSOEVER CAUSED, ARISING FROM THE USE OF "PERSONNEL APPOINTMENTS’" SERVICES. THE AGENCY ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE A TEMPORARY WORKER FOR ALL OR PART OF THE PERIOD OF THE TEMPORARY BOOKING.
