Established in 1970, Personnel Appointments was the first recruitment company in Guernsey. With over 40 years of thriving business, Personnel Appointments has successfully adapted to meet the ever-changing needs of the Channel Islands' job market and economic climate.

In order to provide the most effective service to our clients, we invest time in carefully interviewing each Candidate to explore both their skills and their aspirations for the future. Regardless of whether a Candidate is seeking temporary or permanent employment, the same interview process is used to assess the best career options available to each client.
In addition to our core recruitment and selection business, we offer a full service Payroll Bureau and, through our partnership with HR Consultancy, Advantage HR, we provide HR Consultancy Services, Outsouced HR Solutions, and Psychometric Services.

Georgie Scott | Director
A Director of Personnel Appointments and Managing Director of Advantage HR, Georgie Scott is an HR practitioner with over 20 years experience, having worked in senior roles across the financial, commercial and public sectors. As a Chair of the Guernsey Tribunal Service, Georgie is highly experienced in the application of Guernsey employment law legislation as well as a qualified and accredited psychometric assessor.
Sally Mcauliffe | Head of Accounts
Sally has been involved with the Group since 2004. She is responsible for the compnacy finance and successfully manages the administration and accounts for the Group.
