Established in 1970, Personnel Appointments was the first recruitment company in Guernsey. With over 40 years of thriving business, Personnel Appointments has successfully adapted to meet the ever-changing needs of the Channel Islands' job market and economic climate.

Meet the Team:
Chris Blin BA (Hons) MREC Cert RP | Senior Consultant/Managing Director
Chris has extensive experience in both business and training. With his secure knowledge and understanding of the Channel Island market and employment opportunities overseas, Chris is dedicated to providing every client with the highest level of service. As a successful businessman, Chris has the advantage of fully understanding recruitment from the perspectives of both Candidates and Clients.
Sally Mcauliffe | Head of Accounts
Sally has been involved with the Group since 2004. She is responsible for the company finance and successfully manages the administration and accounts for the Group.
James O’Brien | Book Keeping/Accounts
James has a background in teaching Accounts and has also worked as an accountant for around 4 years. James is responsible for the book keeping as well as successfully managing accounts along with Sally.
Al Amis | Resourcing Manager
Al Amis is an experienced Resourcing manager who is also responsible for C.V. preparation, job board management and management of job advertising.
